The new D38E electric scooter from Ninebot's D Series comes with a fiery design, with bright red footboards that will surely catch your attention. This model comes with 10-inch large air tyres with an inner tube that offer you both comfort and a smooth ride. With range of up to 38 km, this product will be your new sustainable way of moving with a speed of up to 25 km/h.

SAFETY AND COMFORT THANKS TO THE LARGE TYRES
This model has 10-inch large air tyres with inner tubes to offer a comfortable, smooth ride to you. The polymer lining and wear-resistant thread in the tyres bring steadiness and the best durability. On the wheels, you will also find the two independent brakes controlled by the lever. On the front wheel, we have an Electronic Anti-lock Braking System (E-ABS); and on the rear wheel, we have a drum brake. The combination of these brakes brings you both more stability and safety in your commutes.

LIGHTING A SAFE JOURNEY
To guarantee the safety of all riders, all models have front, brake and rear LED lights. With the 2.1 W built-in front light, you can clearly see your path at any time of the day.In addition to the lights, all models come with certified E-MARK reflectors on the front, side and rear part of the KickScooter, making it easy to spot you in the low lighting conditions once a light is shown in your direction.

EASY TO READ COLOURED LED DASHBOARD
All Ninebot D-series models come with a full colour LED dashboard display with one control button that makes it easy to turn on/off your KickScooter, turn on/off the front light and switch between the following riding modes:
- Energy-saving mode (ECO): with a speed of up to 15 km/h, this mode allows the battery to last longer, providing you with a longer range
- Standard mode (D): with a speed of up to 25 km/h, this mode is the perfect combination of speed and range
- Sport mode (S): with a speed of up to 25 km/h, this mode is quicker and has a more powerful drive
- Lastly, the walk mode: with a speed of up to 5 km/h, this mode allows you to easily push your KickScooter alongside you as you walk.

BENEFIT FROM THE SMART BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS)
The D-series comes with a battery with a recovery system that guarantees no battery is wasted throughout the journey and that closely monitors its performance.
The D38E model has a battery capacity of 367 Wh (10200 mAh) and takes approx. 6.5 hours to fully charge
Charging the different KickScooters is easy thanks to the easy access to the charging port located on their footboard.

STURDY AND EASY TO CARRY STRUCTURE
The D-series has a double tube frame that forms a triangular shape, creating a strong and stable structure for the KickScooters. This solid frame can support a payload of up to 120 kg for D38E.
Additionally, the 3 models have a 2-step folding mechanism that can be operated with one hand. Putting your KickScooter away and carrying it is made easier due to the easy and secure locking/unlocking system.

Going left or right? Let other road users know! This indicator accessory will help you give direction to other road users for safer commuting. It could also help you to upgrade your KickScooter according to the local regulations!

Composed of 2 main parts
The indicator comes with a front part (attached to the stem) and a rear part (attached to the footboard) which are wirelessly connected to each other. Both parts have a power button, a battery indicator and finally a USB port in order to charge (separately) the 2 main parts. Thanks to the indicators, you can give directions to people around you from your KickScooter.

Compatible with D Series-D18E/D28E/D38E- and F Series -F25E/F30E/F40E
Three fixing brackets are used to attach the indicators to the KickScooter: one bracket is dedicated for the handlebar, another for the front indicator and the last one is for the rear indicator.

Making your commuting easy and safer

Turn on the 2 indicator parts one by one and separately from your KickScooter when leaving for a new adventure!

When riding, you will have easy access to giving directions by using the small button attached to the indicator on the left of the handlebar. Moreover, to make the process easier, the left or right direction indicators will flash and automatically turns off after 30 seconds, if you have forgotten to turn it off.

Then, when arriving at your destination, simply press and hold the power button on the front indicator part for 3 seconds to switch off both parts.

Charge your indicators wherever you want!
Thanks to the battery indicator on both parts of the indicator, you can easily know when you need to recharge: solid green is fully charged, green means sufficient battery and red, the battery is low and you will need to charge.

When the battery is out (after a continuous operating time of approx. 2 hours), the indicator parts are very easy to charge, separately, as it comes with a built-in USB port (only the cable is included, not the plug).

Parcels are shipped same day on most orders placed before 15:00hrs Monday  - Friday.

Some models may ship directly from a distributor. Once shipped these will be sent on a next working day service - this does not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

We ship Monday to Friday via DPD Express, any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Tracking information is sent once we have shipped the item, normally late afternoon / early evening.
