Returns

Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days – starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a “cooling off” period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty within 14 days. If you wish to cancel a contract please contact us at info@xsonly.com stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within 14 working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.

Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number along with return instructions. You must return the goods to us at your expense and we would advise that you use a recorded delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items

If you are returning goods under the Consumer Contacts Regulations the return costs are borne by the buyer and this is will not be refunded by XSonly.

We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any shipping costs, within 21 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.

All machines will be supplied with a warranty.

Due to the nature of refurbished / surplus stock the warranties can vary but we do state the type & length of warranty for each machine in our on-line listings.

Once the 14 day returns window closes any faults will be resolved under the terms of the warranty supplied with the product.

Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to trade sales. Returns may be accepted at our discretion subject to a re-stocking fee.
