The machine has been fully refurbished, factory reset software, factory sealed in a new Dell box and made complete with a new accessory set.

Refurbished - this is the standard Dell refurb. It will most likely be in very good condition and should be free from any significant cosmetic marks or scratches. Ultimately these machines are refurbished, so on occasion there might be minor marks or scratches.
Cosmetic marks / scratches - this has been through the same refurbishment procedure as above and will be in good working order, it will have some noticeable cosmetic marks or scratches, this will not affect the working condition of the machine.
This is a comprehensive Dell On-Site warranty. If you have a problem with the machine Dell will fix the problem.
If a call is placed to Dell support before 4pm and a hardware fault found then an engineer will be out the next with a part to solve the problem.
